Refund Policy

If a customer cancels before the program starts, they may receive a full refund. If a customer cancels after the program has started, they may receive a partial refund after all prior training that has been completed is paid. The remaining balance is then refunded to that customer. At any time, Silver Stomp can terminate a training program or any agreement. Upon termination of said agreement or training program, the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
